Our Mission

As a neighbourhood church, we seek to glorify God by loving him and serving our literal neighbours as we live joy-filled obedient lives to God, empowered by his Holy Spirit. Glorifying God in this way includes being a people zealous for good works (Matthew 5:14 – 16), teaching and proclaiming the good news about Jesus Christ from God’s Word faithfully (1 Tim 4), and growing by the power of the Holy Spirit in Christ likeness as a new creation people (Col 3; Eph 4; 2 Cor 5:17). 

We are passionate about making missional disciples for the good of the city because we believe this is God's own plan for the flourishing of this world. We trust fully in Jesus’s promises to build his church (Matthew 16:18 – 19). And we are confident that as the true church grows, Jesus pours out life and blessing into this world (“…you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8).
