Christ Church Kitsilano is thankful for the close relationships we share with our former Christ City Network, which include Christ City Church, Sunrise Church, Redeemer City Church, and Covenant City Church. We often partner together with these churches for church planting efforts, shared classes and events, various retreats and more.

Missions

As Christ Church Kitsilano, we believe in the good of Jesus’s Kingdom advancing and bringing life across the globe. As such, we are pleased to partner with global missions efforts that are seeking to establish the work of Jesus in other nations.  

At this time we have partnered with David & Clarissa Kelso and are looking forward to further opportunities to partner with others.  

David & Clarissa Kelso

Ten years ago, David and Clarissa left Japan after a year of ministry to be equipped through their local church in Canada. David went on to complete his Master of Divinity and serves on staff at TriCity Church, Port Coquitlam. They have been blessed with four children—James, Eliana, Ayla, and Max—and are being sent out together by their local church.  

David and Clarissa will be serving at a local church in Yokohama, Japan, with a long-term vision to plant an English speaking church in the greater Tokyo area. Lord willing, they hope to see unbelievers come to faith and believers equipped through a Word-centered, gospel preaching local church and intentional, everyday discipleship.
